The short version: You tell us a story; our AI studio composes a one-of-a-kind song from it. You hear a free preview and only pay $39 if you love it. When you buy, you get a broad license to use and share your song — for yourself and as a gift. We're honest that songs are AI-composed, and we can't promise anyone a legal copyright monopoly on an AI-generated work.

1. What Tunekept is

Tunekept creates personalized songs. The lyrics and music are composed with artificial-intelligence music tools, directed entirely by the story and preferences you provide. We disclose this plainly and never claim a human songwriter wrote your song.

2. Your license to the song

When your payment is complete, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, share, perform, and gift your song for both personal and commercial purposes. You may play it at events, post it on social media, and give it to the person it was made for.

Non-exclusive. Because songs are generated by AI, similar musical elements may appear in other works. We cannot and do not promise that your song, or any part of it, is unique or exclusive to you.
Copyright. Under current U.S. Copyright Office guidance, works generated by AI may not qualify for copyright protection. We therefore make no representation or warranty that any copyright exists in your song or that it vests in you. Your rights come from the license above, not from a copyright claim.
Your inputs. The story, names, and details you provide remain yours. You confirm you have the right to share them with us.

3. No voice cloning or artist imitation

We never clone or imitate a real person's voice, living or deceased, and we do not create songs designed to sound like a specific named recording artist. Requests of this kind are declined or adapted to a genre and mood instead. Any optional feature that uses a real voice uses your own recording, with your explicit permission.

4. Preview, payment, revisions & refunds

You always hear a free preview before paying. Payment of $39 unlocks the full song, a download, and a private reveal link. If it isn't right, we revise it for free; if we still can't make it right, we refund you in full. See our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

Don't submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone's rights.
Don't request imitation of a real artist's voice or a specific copyrighted recording.
Songs are for lawful personal and commercial use consistent with the license above.

6. Your recipient's information

The story you share is personal information about someone else. We use it only to create and deliver the song, we don't sell it, and we don't publish any song or story publicly without the buyer's explicit permission. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tunekept's total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Availability & changes

The service is currently offered to customers in the United States and Canada. We may update these Terms; the version and date at the top show the current one, and material changes apply going forward.
