You hear a free preview before you pay a cent. You only pay $39 if you love it — so you already know what you're getting. And if something's off, we make it right.
Free preview first
Every order starts with a free preview of your custom song. There's no charge and no payment details required to hear it. If it isn't right for you, simply don't purchase — you owe nothing.
Free revisions
After you buy, if the song isn't quite what you hoped, reply to your order email and tell us what to change (a different verse, a name pronounced differently, a new detail, a different mood). We'll revise it — as many times as it takes to get it right, at no extra cost.
Refunds
- If we can't get your song right after a revision, we'll refund your $39 in full.
- If your song is never delivered due to a problem on our end, you'll be refunded in full.
- Requests are handled within 5 business days; refunds return to your original payment method.
Because each song is custom-made for you and delivered as a digital file, we handle refunds case-by-case through the guarantee above rather than as automatic returns — but our goal is simple: you should be happy, or you shouldn't pay.
